Return Policy

  • Product Returns for Non-Defective Merchandise
  • Returns will be authorized for products purchased within the last thirty days, no exceptions.
  • Our Customer Service department must authorize all returns
  • Returned products without authorization will not be approved
  • All issued return authorization expire in thirty days.
  • The original manufacturer carton or packaging, including RA numbers or box count should have no marks.
  • All contents, original packing materials and manufacturers packaging must be returned.
  • All shipping and freight fees are the responsibility of the customer regardless of purchase location
  • Non defective returns require a 15% restocking fee
  • Credit can be issued for freight on the return authorization if generated from Big Data Supply, Inc error and will be at ground rates.

We will not issue return authorization for;

  • Items marked “Non-Returnable” on our website or in price feeds.
  • Any product damaged in transit. See shipment terms for further details.
  • OEM cartons in unsellable condition.
  • Special order or custom labeled items.

Defective Product Returns Defective merchandise follows the above return policy plus the information below.

  • No credit will be issued if no defect is found during testing.

Shipment Terms

  • Claims must be filed with carrier in leu of any damage during the shipping. The carton count on shipments is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Within five days, report any Big Data Supply, Inc shipping errors.
  • Claims made post-delivery will not be honored.
  • Damaged products undergoing carrier inspection must include original cartons and packaging.
  • Theft, loss, refusals, shipping damage, carrier and third party fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Return authorization is not a confirmation of credit.
  • Returns found non-compliant with our return policy will be returned or field destroyed at the Customer’s expense. No credit will be issued.

Guarantee and Warranty on Certified and Open Box Products

    Returns of any tape products will be accepted from the original purchaser for any reason and a full refund provided up to 90 days from date of original purchase.
    All of our data media products we sell are fully warranted against all defects in materials and workmanship to the original purchaser indefinitely.
    Any items found defective by will be replaced free of charge.
