These Terms govern your use of bigdatasupply.com and your business with Big Data Supply, Inc. ("Big Data Supply," "we" or "us"). By using the Site, submitting a form or placing an order, you agree to them. If you have a signed agreement with us, it controls where it conflicts with these Terms.

Comunicaciones

By giving us your contact information, you agree that we may contact you by phone and email about your request and our products and services. Calls are recorded with notice. You can opt out anytime as described in our Política de privacidad.

Cotizaciones y precios

• Quotes: quotes and buy-back offers are estimates, valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated, and subject to inspection of the equipment.
• Offer changes: we may revise an offer if the equipment we receive doesn't match its description.
• Errors: we may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders.

Pedidos y Pago

• Acceptance: an order is accepted when we confirm or ship it.
• Payment and taxes: payment is due as stated on the invoice or at checkout. Applicable taxes apply unless you provide a valid exemption certificate.

Productos

Much of our inventory is used or refurbished. Condition is described by our Descripciones de códigos de condición. Manufacturer names and logos identify products and do not imply endorsement.

Entregas

Risk of loss passes to you when the order is handed to the carrier. Shipping-damage claims must be filed with the carrier.

Selling Equipment to Us

When you sell us equipment, you confirm that:

• you own it or are authorized to sell it;
• it is not stolen or counterfeit; and
• your description of it is accurate.

Payment is issued after inspection. Back up any data you need before shipping; we sanitize or destroy storage devices and cannot recover or return data.

Disclaimers and Liability

Except as stated in these Terms or a written warranty from us, products, services and the Site are provided "as is," without other warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service involved.

Indemnización

You agree to cover our losses and legal costs from your breach of these Terms, or from equipment you sell us that you had no right to sell.

Ley que rige

These Terms are governed by California law. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Orange County, California.

General

• Changes: we may update these Terms by posting a new version here.
• Severability: if any part is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
